In mechanical engineering the term QRC that is quick release coupling or quick relief coupling are oftenly used.
The QRC name itself describe it is very fast for connecting and disconnected the couplers as per requirements.
The quick release coupling consisting of two parts,
1. Female couplers
2. Male couplers

The location of female coupler are in back side of the tractors.
Female coupler is just like a gas cylinder in house.
This coupler is connected to the hydraulic oil tank. That hydraulic oil is used to host the dumping trailer.
This is used in powertrac tractors. Due to rigid connection of female coupler with tractor it is always going with tractors.

The male coupler are connected in the dump trailer or dumping trailer.
Dumping trailer having pipe to passage the hydraulic fluid or oil with the help of male coupler.
Hydraulic trailers use the pressure connecting pipe for lifting the dumping trailer.
To lift the dumping trailer the connection required between male coupler and female coupler for passage hydraulic oil from oil tank to the dumping trailer.
With the help of hydraulic oil by creating pressure the lifting of dumping trailer is possible.
The male coupler is always going with the dumping trailers.
Connection and disconnection of couplers:-
To performing the operation there must be connection between two couplers that is male coupler and female coupler.
To connecting the two couplers moving the sleeve in backward direction and by applying the pressure to the coupler that would help to connect the two couplers to perform the various operations as per required.
It gives easy lock and unlock system so that time required for connection is very less.

Lift , Hold and Unlift.
With the help of quick release coupling (QRC) the three operations performed that is lift hold and unlift.
Lift:-
To uplift the dumping trailer use the external circuit levers that are called red liver.
The location of liver right side of the tractor drivers. Oil is transferring after connection between male and female couplers.
For lifting dumping trailer slowly press the Red lever in forward direction or away from dumping trailer.
Hold:-
To make dumping trailers stable or holding dumping trailer at sustainable height the position of the liver are changing.
For hold the dumping trailer slowly press the lever in in backward direction or towards the dumping trailer.
Unlift:-
To perform the un lift operation in a dumping trailer moving the red liver in centre position.
By performing this operation the dumping
trailer comes slowly slowly down.
Material use :-
For quick release coupling QRC material having high strength, maximum sturdiness, with high corrosion resistance required.
By filtering above properties some of the material used for quick release coupling QRC as follows.
Materials:- Carbon steel, stainless steel, mild steel, brass etc.
